When you first arrive at Lt. Anderson’s home, you can inspect various elements to locate him. Eventually you will have to head right of the house and towards the back to find Hank out cold on the floor of his kitchen. Break through the window to be greeted by Sumo.
While waiting for Hank, you should inspect the picture of Hank’s son on the kitchen table. This will unlock dialogue options in later chapters. The only reason not to examine this photo is to 100% complete one particular chapter later in the game – Night of the Soul – Connor.
To get Hank to come along, Connor can choose to tease or leave Hank. Either option will result in the same; Hank will come along to the Eden Club.

Chapter 17: Russian Roulette Flowchart is 100% complete. You might need a couple of playthroughs to 100% this chapter, since the time to explore Hank’s house while waiting for him to change is very slim. You can find out what kind of music Hank likes by examining the albums. This will also unlock some soundtracks in the Extras section in the main menu of the game.
