Detroit: Become Human Freedom March Walkthrough

Detroit: Become Human Freedom March Walkthrough – Chapter 27: Freedom March.  Markus enjoys some time alone, and prepares the group to go on a march for freedom.

There is a magazine directly on the ground at the start of the chapter, if Markus did not fail, flee, or retreat in chapter: Capitol Park.

Detroit: Become Human Freedom March Walkthrough

You can get North to lover status at the very beginning.  It is likely to happen after you share memories with her.  If Markus saw her model android during chapter: Capitol Park, you can choose that unlockable dialogue option.  Truthful and sincere responses will raise her opinion of Markus.

If you’re in a hurry to complete this chapter, know that you don’t need to convert all the androids around the mall.  Just a single one will do.  Getting to the plaza is the main objective, and that is where all the action happens.

Walkthrough [A] has Markus attempt to sacrifice himself, but John coming to save him.  [B] has the group initially dispersing, but then attacking after the police decide to fire upon the androids.

Detroit: Become Human Freedom March Flowchart

Chapter 27: Freedom March Flowchart is 100% complete.  There is something that happens after North arrives (image 2).  I have made her hostile at the start of this chapter, so I can rule that out.  I think it might need their relationship to be at lover status.  There is also an ending missing, which I assume is North or Simon intervening before Markus shoots himself.  John cannot be here, or else he will take priority.  UPDATE:  The people in the comments have explained the missing branches, thanks!

Detroit: Become Human Freedom March Endings

If John is allowed to join from Chapter: Spare Parts, he will show up here.  If Markus gets in trouble, John will save the day and sacrifice himself.  This is the only point where he is available; as far as I know he doesn’t have a cameo in any later chapters.  His only use will be here.  If John isn’t here and Markus gets hurt, Simon with sacrifice himself.

If Markus flees, the group and Jericho will have a poorer opinion of him.  This chapter really has two extreme outcomes if John/Simon is not available: either Markus will die or flee, or he will be forced to use violence.  Obviously violence will lower the public opinion.  It is worsened if Markus decides to indulge in killing the police while fighting them.  There are two opportunities for that.  And North?  Well, she’s just loving it.  There is an opportunity to ‘Push North‘ away to dodge a bullet, and that act will improve the relationship.  John can also be seen during the fight.

  1. Hi,
For the first, you need to leave Simon in “Stratford Tower”, and don’t found him with Connor in “Public Ennemy”. So he’s safe and return to Jericho.
For the second, Simon sacrifice himself to save Markus if John is dead and Simon is alive.

    • Thanks for the first one. I didn’t think of what would happen to Simon if he was not found. For the second one, I thought that Simon would be it (North is too important to die for Markus here). But the problem is I’m not sure if Simon’s relationship status with Markus affects this. I’ll have to test it.

      • I don’t know for the relationship status with Simon sorry, but I think it doesn’t matter, he’s nice unlike Josh and North.
