Red Dead Redemption 2 White Arabian Horse Guide

Arabian horses are among the elite class of horses in Red Dead Redemption 2.  So it should make sense that you include one within your stables.  Read on to find out more about the Red Dead Redemption 2 White Arabian Horse.

Unfortunately, they are not available for purchase until much later into the game, even if the price tag is high.  Luckily, there is a rare White coat Arabian horse you can find very early in the game — as early as Chapter 2: Horseshoe Overlook.

The White Arabian is the best horse you can get all the way up until Chapter 4.  Be that as it may, the horses available to purchase at that time are only marginally better (1-2 points).  This elite steed should last you all the way until the end of the game.  I recommend getting it as soon as possible, to being the bonding process.

Red Dead Redemption 2 White Arabian Horse Location

West of Lake Isabella.  This is the only location it can be found, and it is found by random chance.  You may have to leave and return to this area a few times before it will appear.   The time of day does not seem to matter, and the spawn point seems to always be the same — near the water’s edge.

Once you spot it, study it from afar with the binoculars and then track it.  Wrangling the horse with your lasso will use up a lot of stamina, so use a tonic beforehand.

Red Dead Redemption 2 White Arabian Horse Capture & Break

While on your own horse, approach the White Arabian to put it between you and the nearby body of water.  If you force it to run into the water, it will slow it down.  If you spook it, it’ll run away but you can still catch it on your horse.  Make the lasso attempt count.

Calm it down a few times while getting close, and then mount it.  It will try hard to buck, and this is where you must follow the guide prompts in the upper left corner.  Hold the left analog stick down, and to the opposite direction the horse is moving towards.  Once it’s broken and tamed, all you have to do is switch up the saddle from your main horse to this one.  Then it’s bonding time.
